Our Process

Step one: Please complete our
'Request for Donation Form'.
Forms are available at Heyday,
or you may download it here.

Please email your donation request form to mallory@heydaybozeman.com

Step two: This form must be submitted in
full 30 days prior to pick up date.

Step three: The team will review your
application within 14 days. In the case of
Sponsorships and Partnerships,
additional meetings may be necessary. 

When completed, your gift will be available
on our Hold Shelf for pick up.
